I'm Lauren Maib, BCBA, MS Ed, LBA. I spent eight years as a special education teacher before becoming a BCBA, which means I understand what it feels like to be in the room — not just reviewing the data from outside it. I've worked across clinic and in-home settings for over 13 years, and I built Willow Behavior because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant people working toward certification who felt completely alone in the process.
