Find Your Clarity

1:1 coaching for the autism parent who's stuck and running on empty.

You know the strategies. You've read the articles, tried the charts, sat through the meetings. But somewhere in all that doing, you stopped showing up for yourself — and no one's asked how you're doing in a long time.

This isn't one more program asking you to do more.

Every session starts with you. Not the plan, not the checklist, not another strategy to add to the pile. Just space to find some clarity for yourself first — because you can't pour into your child from an empty cup.

Once there's something left in you to work with, we build the next step forward for your child, together — over 6 weeks, one week at a time.

1:1. Real conversation, real strategy, starting with the parent, not just the child.

What Find Your Clarity looks like:

— 1:1 individual sessions built around where you are, not a program you have to fit into
— Every session starts with you — not the plan, not the checklist
— Real conversations about the hard days, not just strategies for your child
— Once there's clarity for you, we build the next step for your child, together

Who this is for:

Parents of a child with autism or big behavioral needs who've been so deep in caregiving that they've lost track of themselves. You're doing everything you know how to do, and you're still running on empty. This isn't about one more strategy — it's about you having something left to give.

This starts as a focused 6-week container — then, if it's a fit, we keep going together.

You don't have to figure this out alone.

The Investment

Six weeks, 1:1, starting with you.

$500 for the full 6-week program — or split into 3 payments of $167, so it never has to hit all at once.

Right now, as I build this out with real families, a small number of founding spots are open at $179 for the full 6 weeks. This isn't a gimmick — it's genuinely because your feedback shapes what this becomes.

If cost is what's standing between you and support you know you need, reach out. There's always room for that conversation.

FAQ: Questions You Might Be Sitting With

Is this therapy? No. I'm a BCBA, not a therapist, and this isn't a replacement for mental health treatment. This is coaching — real conversation, real strategy, and support built around you and your child. If something comes up that needs a different kind of professional, I'll help you find the right person.

Will this actually work for my kid? Every child is different, and I won't pretend six weeks solves everything. What I can promise is real strategies built around your specific child, not a generic binder — and support for you while we figure it out together.

I don't have time for one more thing. I hear this a lot, and it's real. That's part of why every session starts with you, not a growing to-do list. The goal isn't to add more to your plate — it's to help you carry what's already on it.

What if I need support but I'm not in crisis? You don't have to be falling apart to deserve support. Most of the parents I work with are functioning, capable, and still completely depleted. That counts.

Does needing coaching mean I can't handle my own kid? No. Every parent I've worked with over the past ten-plus years was already handling an enormous amount — often more than anyone could see from the outside. Needing support isn't a sign you're failing. It's a sign you've been carrying something heavy without backup for too long.

What actually happens in a session? We start with you — how you're doing, not just the plan. Then we focus on one thing: one behavior, one hard moment, one piece that's weighing on you most. You leave with one real strategy, not a binder you'll never open again.

What happens after the 6 weeks? If it's a good fit, we can continue with monthly support. If six weeks is exactly what you needed, that's okay too — there's no pressure either way.

I'm worried about the cost. The 6-week program is $500, or split into three payments of $167 so it doesn't hit all at once. Right now, a small number of founding spots are open at $179. And if cost is genuinely what's standing between you and support you need, reach out — there's always room for that conversation.
